USFP was awarded the opportunity to manage 110 Main Street in San Francisco, located between Howard and Mission Street. 110 Main Street is open 24/7; however, is attended only Monday thru Friday from 6am - 6pm offering our customers valet assist. USFP provides our customers with several payment options at 110 Main Street including daily, weekly and monthly rates.

The Lumina

USFP is happy to announce our exciting new partnership with the Lumina in San Francisco.  On November 1, 2018, we will be providing valet parking services to their residents, visitors and guests. The Lumina is an upscale residential development consisting of 2 towers located within the Financial District. This is our first account with FirstService Residential and we aspire to grow and add more residential parking partnerships throughout the markets we serve.

Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) - Partnership

USFP a regional leader in parking management and marketing is increasing it’s environmental initiatives by allowing Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) units more accessible to our customers and the general public by partnering with Volta Charging, the country's largest free electric car charging network in the U.S. 

Partnering with Volta is important to USFP because of Volta's integrated media platform that highlights social awareness to important issues making it a powerful way to connect people, which is not only positive for the community, but to the environment. It's no surprise that electric vehicle ownership is increasing and we want to ensure that by increasing the availability of EVC units to the general pubic that we are not only accommodating USFP customers future parking needs, but that we continue to be stewards of the communities we serve.

USFP was awarded the contract to manage the parking operations at 22 4th Street in San Francisco. While 22 4th Street has been a public parking garage for some years, USFP recognized there was a significant opportunity to improve the services by offering value-add amenities such as additional EVC (electric vehicle charging) units to accommodate increased demand, implementing a focused marketing plan utilizing MaaS (mobility as a service) technology and improved customer service providing a concierge parking experience.
